Raja Rani Aesthetics Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Raja Rani Aesthetics. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2. Delivery Timeframes
We ship all orders using Aramex Store-to-Door Courier Services.
Estimated delivery time is:
8–11 business days from the date your order has been dispatched.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, peak seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your delivery status.
4. Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, Raja Rani Aesthetics cannot guarantee delivery dates and shall not be held liable for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions;
- Adverse weather conditions;
- Public holidays;
- Strikes or industrial action;
- Customs or regulatory delays;
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer; or
- Events beyond our reasonable control.
Any delivery dates provided are estimates and should not be regarded as guaranteed delivery commitments.
5. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Raja Rani Aesthetics will not be responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel needs to be re-shipped.
6. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
Claims for lost parcels must be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
7. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging so that we may investigate and assist accordingly.
